DealStack, LLC ("DealStack," "we," "us," or "our") operates the DealStack web platform at trydealstack.com (the "Platform"), an online marketplace where accredited investors discover and evaluate private real estate investment opportunities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address and password when you register or log in.
• Investment Preferences: Your Plan criteria, portfolio selections, deal stage tracking, and investment goals that you voluntarily provide.
• Technical Data: Browser type, device type, and operating system version, collected automatically when you use the Platform.
• Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, and general interaction patterns to improve the Platform experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalize the deal marketplace experience.
• To send email notifications about new deals, status updates, and account activity (with your permission).
• To sync your investment preferences with our CRM for personalized recommendations.
• To improve Platform performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Supabase (data storage), GoHighLevel (CRM), PostHog (product analytics), Vercel (hosting), and RentCast (property data) to operate the Platform.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and email-based data isolation to protect your information.

5. Email Notifications

You can opt in to receive email notifications for new deal alerts, weekly deal digests, and account updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or in your account notification settings.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from notifications at any time, and you can delete your account yourself from Settings.

Deleting your account is permanent: your sign-in is removed, any additional sign-in addresses are removed, and signing up again with the same email address creates a new, empty account. We keep a limited set of records after deletion — your acceptance of our terms, records of investments you tracked, tax documents, and your unsubscribe record. We keep the unsubscribe record specifically so that deleting your account cannot cause us to email you again. Retained records are disconnected from your sign-in.

7. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the Platform or by email.
