What DealStack members say

  • I realized that I would need a mentor. … Frankly, I felt that you could be a good coach and mentor, and I needed that level of assistance as I was very early in the journey.
    Philip KopesdyStrategic Account Executive
  • You make complex topics digestible and practical. I’ve watched 25+ of your videos, and the way you teach builds a solid foundation even if you don’t have a deep background in passive investing. You don’t just explain the how, you explain the why behind the strategies. It’s exactly the right level for someone who wants to get serious without feeling overwhelmed.
    Prashant SingriDermatologist
  • Being able to just work one-on-one and really review deals that I was contemplating just gave me so much confidence to ensure that I was making the right decisions.
Kathleen MarcellCustomer Success & Operations Executive
  • This was exactly what I needed at this point in my investment journey. I’d been in knowledge‑building mode and didn’t know how to move without making a big mistake. Cashflow Academy gave me the clarity and confidence to finally deploy my self‑directed IRA. The Buy Box work and portfolio balancing gave me real peace of mind about cashflow and risk.
    Laura MossingClient Director
  • “Being able to think out loud and get structured feedback was invaluable.” The Buy Box work and the risk capital stack created real “aha” moments for me. Your process helped me organize my priorities, rethink what actually matters in my strategy, and surface things I hadn’t considered before.
    Tod SpoonerChief Revenue Officer (CRO)

This is for investors who want more than the group room

The DealStack Council gives you an ongoing room where private deals are reviewed and pressure-tested. One-on-One Support gives you private time to discuss the questions you do not want to bring to the full room.

Use the calls to

  • Pressure-test a deal you are considering.
  • Clarify what information you still need.
  • Review your personal investment framework.
  • Think through cash-flow, equity-growth, or tax-related objectives.
  • Prepare for a conversation with an investment firm.
  • Organize the questions you want answered before proceeding.
  • Decide whether to pursue further diligence, gather more information, or pass.

You bring the questions. Pascal helps you think through the process. You remain responsible for your own diligence and investment decisions.

Pascal’s own portfolio

Hi, my name is Pascal Wagner.

I didn’t set out to become “the passive income guy.”

I was forced into it.

In 2021, my dad passed away, leaving my mom an inheritance…but no source of consistent income.

So, over the next 6 months, I spent $50,000+ and countless hours attending masterminds, investor dinners, and burning the midnight oil finding the right passive investments.

Ones that provided her monthly cashflow, so she wouldn’t have to sacrifice her lifestyle, healthcare, or retirement.

I accomplished that goal (she’s currently receiving $10,000+ in 100% passive income each month).

And once I felt confident enough, I moved the majority of my net worth into passive investments as well.

Today, I help other accredited investors do the same thing – but with far less confusion, trial‑and‑error, and risk.

Here are earnings snapshots from my passive portfolio:
