Your network should not be the only place investors can find you
A strong opportunity can still get buried in:
Personal introductions
One-off emails
Firm websites
Investor portals
A single webinar
Long offering documents
A single announcement creates a moment of awareness.
A campaign gives your opportunity repeated opportunities to be discovered, understood, and acted on.
One opportunity. Multiple ways to be discovered.
DealStack distributes your opportunity through the channels investors already use to research private investments.
Your campaign may include:
A dedicated opportunity page
Featured placement in the DealStack marketplace
Homepage placement for 90 days
Promotion in the weekly investor email
Investor webinar promotion
One Live Deal Briefing
Investor questions and information requests
Promotion through DealStack content channels
A clear handoff of interested investor connections
You provide the offering information.
DealStack creates the distribution.
Your team handles investor follow-up, diligence, communication, and closing.
How the Promoted Deal Campaign works
01
Submit your opportunity
We review the opportunity, offering materials, firm information, and campaign details.
Your DealStack page gives investors one place to understand:
Who your firm is
What the opportunity is
Key terms
Investment structure
Risks and disclosures
Source documents
Next steps
Webinar or question-and-answer details
02
Launch your campaign
Your opportunity is promoted across DealStack’s available investor-distribution channels for 90 days.
Investors can discover the opportunity through marketplace browsing, email, featured placement, webinar promotion, and educational content.
03
Present the opportunity
Host one Live Deal Briefing for the DealStack investor network.
Your firm presents the opportunity for 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of investor questions.
Investors hear how you explain the opportunity and get the chance to ask what matters to them.
04
Receive interested investor connections
When an investor requests information, registers for your webinar, or opts in to connect with your firm, DealStack passes the connection to your team.
You follow up directly.
No transaction-based compensation.
No percentage of capital raised.
No custody of investor funds.

The guarantee
5 qualified accredited investor connections in 90 days, or your money back
A Promoted Deal Campaign includes five qualified accredited investor connections in 90 days, or a full refund.
What counts as a qualified connection?
A new U.S.-based investor who has indicated that they are accredited during DealStack onboarding and who registers for, requests information about, attends, or requests an introduction regarding your deal through DealStack. Duplicates, employees, contractors, affiliated parties, and fraudulent or unusable submissions do not count. The investor does not have to invest for the connection to count.
What this campaign does not guarantee
The Promoted Deal Campaign guarantees distribution, the campaign deliverables listed in your agreement, and five qualified accredited investor connections in 90 days, or your money back.
It does not guarantee:
Capital raised
Investment commitments
Investor suitability
Investment returns
A completed transaction
A specific amount of capital
A specific number of investors who invest
DealStack helps investors discover and research your opportunity.
Your firm is responsible for the offering, disclosures, investor verification, follow-up, diligence process, and closing.
Fit
Who this is for
The Promoted Deal Campaign is designed for firms that:
Are actively raising for one opportunity
Want to reach beyond their existing network
Have a team ready to follow up with investor interest
Want a defined 90-day campaign
Prefer a flat fee over a percentage of capital raised
Have clear offering materials and a compliant investor process
This is not the right fit if you
Want a guarantee of capital raised
Do not have someone available to follow up
Are not ready to provide complete offering information
Promoted Deal Campaigns are marketing and software services, not securities transactions. DealStack is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or placement agent. DealStack does not recommend offerings, handle investor funds, or receive a percentage of capital raised. Firms are responsible for their offerings, disclosures, investor verification, communications, and compliance obligations. Priority placement applies only among deals with equal investor fit — firms cannot pay to appear in a plan they don’t match.
