For fund-of-funds managers and capital raisers

Learn about new deals. Raise together.

Join DealStack’s Live Deal Briefings on Fridays at noon Eastern, for free. A firm presents a live deal, then takes your questions.

Fund-of-Funds Managers stay on. When the firm offers group terms, they get a private session on those terms, then the debrief of the deal with the firm out of the room. The terms are the firm’s own, in writing, before anyone commits.

Fund-of-Funds Managers apply through a 30-minute call with Pascal, and pay only after they are accepted.

  • Live Deal Briefings: free, Fridays at noon Eastern.
  • A Fund-of-Funds Manager Session when the firm offers group terms.
  • Every DealStack Council benefit, included.
  • $5,000 a year or $500 a month. Flat.
  • Never paid on what anyone invests.

Every paid session is labelled Sponsored. Nothing on this page, or in the room, is a recommendation to invest.

Every Friday, 12:00–3:00 Eastern

How a Friday works

The firm pitches the whole deal first, gives Fund-of-Funds Managers its group terms second, and is gone before its deal is debriefed.

12:00–1:00 ET

Live Deal Briefing

Sponsored · free, open to everyone on DealStack

A firm that pays DealStack a flat fee presents one live deal for 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of investor questions.

You will hear:

  • Who the firm is.
  • What problem the investment is designed to solve.
  • How the structure works.
  • What the major risks are.
  • What an investor should investigate next.

The Live Deal Briefing is educational and informational. It is not a recommendation to invest.

When no firm presents, the hour may run as a members’ roundtable on a 506(c) or Regulation A deal already on DealStack, or an educational teardown. A weak deal is never put on the calendar to fill it. Days and times may change, and we do not promise a set number of sessions.

How group terms work

Some firms offer better share classes for larger commitments. The firm states, in its own offering documents, which class a group gets at which size by which date. DealStack lays those terms out on one slide, the same way every week, so you can compare them.

Example. Numbers are illustrative.

  • These are [Firm]’s terms, stated in its offering documents. Any investor whose commitment meets the same size by the same date gets the same class.
  • Every member in the group gets the class the group reaches, including those who committed first.
  • “Committed” means signed subscription documents and funds received by [Firm] by the date. Indications do not count.
  • Each fund manager invests through its own vehicle and makes its own decision.
  • [Firm] pays DealStack a flat fee for this presentation. Members pay DealStack a flat membership fee. DealStack receives nothing based on money raised and does not recommend this investment.

Indicated

What you type in: an amount and your vehicle’s name. It binds no one. Change or withdraw it any time. The presenting firm sees it; other managers see only the group’s totals.

Committed

What the firm confirms as signed and funded under its offering documents. Only this number decides which class the group reaches.

DealStack never holds money, takes a subscription, sets terms or negotiates them. The tracker shows what managers and the firm enter. It is not a record of subscriptions.
