Mrs. Davis oversees the company’s note acquisitions, loan origination, and asset management activities. She also directs Essential Investment Group's overall investment strategy, bringing more than seven years of experience in real estate note investing, fixed income asset management, and direct lending, including over $900,000 in completed secured note acquisitions and loan originations to date. In addition to Essential Investment Group LLC, Mrs. Davis is the Founder of Earn Grow Thrive LLC, a financial education and coaching company dedicated to teaching wealth- building strategies through real estate note investing. Through this platform Mrs. Davis has educated over 700 students through her signature email course, delivered one- on-one coaching, and spoken at workshops and events for entrepreneurs and young leaders nationwide. Prior to her entrepreneurial activities, Mrs. Davis served as a data scientist and technology consultant across the healthcare, insurance, and financial services industries, where she conducted analyses demonstrating over $8.5 million in healthcare cost savings through enhancements to the product algorithm, provided analysis for national level grant applications resulting in over $1 million in awarded research funding, and drove strategic decisions across multimillion-dollar programs at Fortune 500 organizations. She is a published author in 3 high-impact academic journals. Mrs. Davis holds a Master of Business Administration in Data Science from Rockhurst University, Kansas City, Missouri, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kansas.
