Ryan Duff is the founder and managing partner of C-Port Equity, which launched in 2024. Duff spent 15 years on the debt side of multifamily real estate, structuring, underwriting and closing transactions with institutional lenders and advisory firms. At C-Port, Duff leads sourcing, underwriting, operator selection and investor relations.
