Nate Pattee

Co-Founder, CEO

Nate's experience includes development, brokerage, marketing, portfolio management, and the acquisition and disposition of over $400 million of commercial real estate. After graduating from Purdue University, Nate moved to Arizona and joined The Weitz Company, where he gained extensive development and construction experience. At Marcus & Millichap, he became adept at underwriting and brokering commercial real estate transactions. As a principal, he grew a real estate marketing firm's revenue 9x over four years to a successful exit. He then served as asset manager for a portfolio of multifamily and manufactured housing communities, where he and Jack met. He co-founded 52TEN in 2016 to pursue mobile home parks, drawn by the stable performance and favorable risk dynamics of the asset class.

Jack Martin

Co-Founder, CIO

Jack's experience includes general contracting, development, capital management, and the acquisition and disposition of over $450 million of residential and commercial real estate. After serving in the US Army, Jack began his entrepreneurial journey as a general contractor, specializing in land and custom home development. He spent 14 years with an Arizona-based real estate firm, where he became adept at sourcing off-market properties and fostering relationships with capital partners. During this time, he acquired and sold over 2,000 single-family homes and over 900 apartment units/mobile home park lots. In 2016 he co-founded 52TEN to focus on mobile home parks.

Sean King

Executive Vice President of Operations

Sean King is Executive Vice President of Operations at 52TEN, providing operational leadership across the portfolio. King brings more than 15 years of real estate operations experience, including over 11 years in manufactured housing and 9 years in executive leadership roles. Before joining 52TEN he led multiple nationwide site expansions and helped scale early-stage companies into institutional-grade owner/operator and third-party management platforms.

Nathan Stewart

Vice President of Finance & Accounting

Nathan Stewart is Vice President of Finance & Accounting at 52TEN, overseeing financial reporting, treasury, fund accounting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls. Stewart brings more than a decade of finance and accounting leadership across high-growth organizations, where he helped scale financial operations for companies managing tens of millions to billions of dollars in assets. He is a licensed CPA with a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University.

Sandra Chancio

Director of People Operations

Sandra leads People Operations at 52TEN, aligning people strategy with business goals to drive scalable growth and a high-performance culture. With 20+ years of HR leadership, she is known for building effective systems, enhancing communication, and fostering environments of trust, accountability, and collaboration. Guided by a business-first, people-always philosophy, Sandra partners with leaders to create intentional growth where both people and business thrive.

Bob Tonge

Senior Acquisitions Manager

Bob Tonge is Senior Acquisitions Manager at 52TEN, leading acquisitions and managing broker and owner relationships and deal flow. Tonge brings 30 years of manufactured housing community experience across acquisitions, ownership, operations and dispositions, including acquiring, owning and operating 11 communities totaling about 1,000 lots across five states. He also spent 25 years in technology finance, including equipment financing as a captive lender for Dell, HPE and Agilent.

Abbey Olivo

Abbey leads marketing for 52TEN's brand, investors, and portfolio of parks. Abbey has over 18 years experience in marketing and sales leadership positions in both luxury and real estate industries, excelling in managing expansive territories, driving growth through strategic initiatives. Her style is tech-driven and calculated, focused on creating smart and efficient marketing flows, improving customer experience and efficient lead conversions.
