Dan Fraser is Traction Capital's fractional CFO advisor. Since 2018 he has been Managing Partner of NextKey Services, which provides CFO advisory to privately owned companies and larger non-profits, covering strategic planning, raising capital, acquisitions and governance. Before that, Fraser was Senior Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer and Global Corporate Controller at GTT, a $1.8 billion public cloud networking company, where he led the finance side of more than 25 acquisitions and helped raise over $3.5 billion in debt and equity. Earlier he led external financial reporting and accounting policy at Booz Allen Hamilton through its initial public offering. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ).
Andrew Davis
Capital Formation & Investor Relations
Andrew Davis leads capital formation and investor relations for Traction Capital. He is the founder of Equity Check, a private investor network that evaluates sponsors on alignment, asymmetry and accountability. Before Equity Check, Davis built and led investor relations teams at two large private equity firms, including DLP Capital; those teams raised over $500 million and served nearly 2,000 investors.
