About Eppler Capital
Eppler Capital Funds was founded in March 2023 by Craig Eppler in Philadelphia, PA. While working as a Senior Portfolio Manager in the investment advisory space, Craig identified a significant unmet need among retirees, pre-retirees, and other investors seeking reliable solutions for generating consistent income in traditional markets. Drawing on his successful personal experience investing in private markets and real estate, Craig envisioned combining these two areas with a new offering. This vision led to the creation of the firm’s flagship Promissory Note Fund, which provides investors with a fixed return, paid monthly, over a customizable term. The fund quickly gained traction, addressing the critical need for dependable income that many investors sought.
